This exhibition curated by Lloyd Gill will deliver a group exhibition of artists who work with drawing as a means to develop key stages of the work, which in turn will lead to painting, sculpture or printmaking. Lloyd is interested in artists who focus purely on drawing as their medium to create finished major pieces, along side studies.

Lloyds intentions with writing an extensive essay and exhibiting artists who work in pencil, charcoal, pastel, and more experimental forms of drawing, is to underline the principle that all good art comes from preliminary studies in the form of drawing and printmaking.
